NOTES / TIPS:

• The log-in page requires you to type your full e-mail address including the "@photon.net" part.
   
  
• If you are a web hosting client here and trying to log in with your own domain name, it won't work, this page is only for e-mail accounts "@photon.net". Web hosting clients please click here for information and links to your web hosting control panels.
   
  
• When you log in to your account, you will have the option to choose between 2 different kinds of WebMail software: SquirrelMail or RoundCube. Both are available for you to use. SquirrelMail is what we have been using for the past 7 years, and this is what we officially support. If you want a newer WebMail experience with drag & drop capabilities, choose the RoundCube software -- however, we do not officially support RoundCube -- if you encounter any glitches, please contact us to report it, but we will not be able to support or fix it.

  Telephone support is NOT available for free WebMail accounts. Please only call if you are not able to log in to your account on this new WebMail server and there are no other options to e-mail us for support.
   
  
• Notice Posted June 2008:
  Our WebMail service is being discontinued for many (but not all) users. We are making an effort to clean up old/unused accounts, reduce spam, and also get rid of some abusers of our network. If you want to keep your e-mail account @photon.net, you need to fill out our WebMail Continuation Form (click here). (If you have already filled this out, you don't need to fill it out again.)
  IMPORTANT: Any accounts that have not filled out a WebMail Continuation Form by January 2009 will be cancelled.
  → If you are a long-time friend/family of Photon.Net, don't worry, you can still keep your account here -- you are welcome to stay. We just ask you to fill out the WebMail Continuation Form and include real/legit information about your name and how you found out about Photon.Net. It is VERY IMPORTANT to enter correct information or the account might be cancelled as a scammer. Please feel free to fill out the form again if you didn't fill it out correctly over the past months.
